Pahvant Butte (UT)

From the south end of Pahvant Butte where some interesting structures were created back in 1923, you get this view of the northern aspect of Pahvant Butte and the interesting terrain. The cement pillars are a bit of history and you can find out more by reading the information contained in this link. 5-14-10

Pahvant Butte

always caught my attention from I-15, but I
never took the time to discover "the rest of
the story."

Looks like a great location for windmills!
The wind must have been blowing 50 mph the
last time I drove past Fillmore and Beaver.

Of course, I was driving faster than the wind!

Re: Pahvant Butte

It is good to know that I'm not the only one who noticed this one from I-15. Hey Larry, it snowed here this morning. Is that not a bit crazy for this time of the year? Thanks.
