Peak 2304 from the south

Peak 2304 from the south

This route from the south is actually pretty easy, essentially class 2. For the western route, I drove a Subaru Outback (7.3" clearance) to the start without fanfare, and the ridge was relatively low on brush. The eastern descent is a little rougher. Driving from Vegas to Lovell Canyon Road, then up to this point, is not much slower than driving the Red Rock scenic loop. The higher peaks to the north actually have less impressive views.
