That thread is really not a good example. Everyone who's written in that thread are Americans - about a European they don't know anything about.
You are now in the European board, and came here in order to call him a troll.
The way people speak with each other here, is very civil. Even fights are carried on in polite way.
(I have no opinion in the matter if he's a troll, or not. If anything, I tend to believe he's not, though.)
