Does the imminent closure of the ski season on Humphreys mean we no longer need to worry about the rules of “uphill access”? Thanks.

I have updated the Humphrey's Peak winter route (Dutchman) to reflect that the Backcountry permit is no longer required.

The USFS has discontinued the Kachina Peaks Winter Permit. Summit at will.
