Hola compañeros!
I work in the national park Torres del Paine as a guide and here till the end of the April.
Thinking that would be great to climb a summit in the Paine massive - something more or less accessible and not too technical like Almirante Nieto (Paine Chico) if the weather permits.
I would be up for a not very long technical climb too (if the forecast is impecable) but don't have much of my own equipment here.
This summer we had some really calm and stable days - more Carribean than Patagonian style. Supposedly closer to winter the weather should turn less crazy. Generally the forecast gets it right here, that's also helpful in planning the escape.
I don't meet many climbers in our park so if you are on way to Torres, drop me a line!
Besos,
Katy
