Actually I posted the mountain simply because it is Gran Canaria's highest one. And it makes for pretty good hiking. But the summit itself is marred by all those radio tv, and radar antennae so that it is not much fun to look at. And of course it is always backlighted since it is in the south of almost everything else. Therfore all those shadowy pictures :-)
