June 24, 2006, Banff National Park, on ascent of Pinnacle Mountain, Alpine II, 5.5
The most technical pitch of the climb, start in the chimney and move out right onto the face, which is the crux move, hard to protect, I went up, placed gear and then down, over, used a very long runner, set another piece and then off to the races. No piton as mentioned in the guide book. It is gone.
