Many timesI've been up and down this one a few times. I used to live in Auburn and it was one of the original "100 Hikes" in the very first 100 Hikes book by Ira Spring and Harvey Manning. My wife and I worked our way through many of those original hikes but this one was always easy to do when the snow blocked everything higher up.
