Description

Have plans of climbing Denali in May of 2013 with a summit date near middle of the month..I'm looking for a group total of 4-5 people. Have plans on combination of climbing/ski mountaineering West Buttress route. I also am planning this out so far as I want a couple of years to get in a few other hikes with those wishing to come along. I've been burned in the past by not doing it this way..

Training runs could include
Shasta
Rainier (cold ascent would be nice, maybe a couple ascents on rainier at different times of year b/w now and then)
Whitney (mountaineers route in early spring).
Mt Washington during one of those blistering winter storms :D...

Other backpacking trips just for backcountry time

	I live in upstate NY and I am looking at a May 2013 trip to Denali. I want to be able to climb with potential partners ahead of time, so I am looking to get connected with people who could do winter outings in the Adirondacks and Whites ahead of time.
