| Would like to get a Shasta trip planned soon. | Posted Jan 21, 2007 2:47 am |
Rhane Pfeiffer | i wll go | | | I would love to to any of those, i have only been seriously climbing for a year or so, but i have been able to get decent experience, and get almost all the gear. Most of the climbing i have done is in the winter (broken top, theilson, S and M Sister, McLoughlin, 3 Fingered Jack), and since i am putting off getting a job right now it is the perfect time for me to do something. I am a snowboarder though, i hope that doesnt cause too much of a problem. The 3 Sisters marathon sounds pretty sweet to me, i have wanted to do that for a while now, and in fact tried a couple weeks ago, but failed because of the long approach. But yeah, let me know i could go anywhere anytime. rhanep@gmail.com

Mr. Clam | Looking for partners | |
| I just moved to Bend a few weeks ago and am looking for partners for more challenging winter climbs. Some things I had in mind for this winter were couloir routes in the Wallowa's, the 3 sister marathon (wanted to do it snow free first but looks like I missed my chance), and a few different routes on Hood and Rainier. Also looking to get into some ice climbing.
Let me know if you wanna climb, I'm up for just about anything. | Posted Sep 30, 2007 8:14 pm |
alpinedon | sure | |
| I would be really interested. I have climbed most of the cascade volcanoes, but I am wanting to do some more challenging routes, like Adams Glacier, Jeff Park Glacier, etc. I am also wanting to do some winter ascentsof Shasta (casaval ridge), Hood (south side or Leuthold Couloir), Three Fingered Jack (which I have very nearly done as a winter ascent), diamond Peak, etc. Plus, I really want to do more rock climbing (I have way more experience as a mountaineer than a rock climber). Ever heard of the Calahans? It's a rock area twenty minutes from my house, but it's really taking off, 200+ routes, most of which developed in the last ten years. Anyway, get ahold of me if you are interested. | Posted Oct 24, 2007 6:42 pm |
OR10in6 | Jefferson | | | I am looking for a climbing partner for Jefferson on July 14. I am climbing ORs 10 tallest mountains in 6 days and just lost my partner for Jeff. I want to go in and out on Thursday, up the southwest ridge. Interested? Steve - 541-301-5488 | Posted Jun 25, 2011 7:35 pm |
