Sometimes coordinates are in degrees, minutes, seconds, while the interactive map and SP uses degrees and decimals. So, 12 degrees, 30 seconds is the same as 12,50 degrees.
It's best that you go on Google interactive map, double-click where you think the summit is and it writes you coordinates.
