Nice side trip
Fun walk up the granite near the summit. Views all around the Meadows up to the high peaks were the essence of Yosemite. Not too jazzed about some visitors trampling grass near the TH... the Park's popularity has become a curse as well as a blessing.

Climbing?
I waltzed up the south face within minutes, not sure why I bothered to carry a pack. Great views and good to get out a week after surgery. I know I climbed some junk on the NW side before but it was worthless, so why mention it?

Short Scramble
Scrambled up the south/southwest side and found some pretty fun lines.

Pothole Memories
On the way home from climbing Mt. Dana, I stopped here. Scrambled up the south side and had many memories come rushing in of bouldering and toproping in my teens. Then, I was struck by just how many friends over the years I've shared this viewpoint of the Meadows with. A glorious spot when you have it to yourself.

Pothole Dome
Short approach so there were several people going up the dome on this day.

Left Side topropes
Walked up and did laps on the left side topropes with my brother, girls and a friend of my daughter's. A beautiful day. Also hiked across returning from a Sierra Challenge Peak in 2011.

New Years Day
Wow, with Tioga Pass was still open how can you pass up the chance to hike up something in Tuolumne Meadows on New Years? There were plenty of hikers taking advantage of this rare opportunity.

Nice little dome
Quick but beautiful hike up on a gorgeous sunny and cold morning in October. No one around at this time during the week. Beautiful views from the top. A must-do when you drive along Tioga Road.
After a day of wandering climbing, enjoying aquatic features, and of course the views, a probing free solo with granjero lead us to this lofty summit. One of the best sunsets I have experienced, and the panoramic views are beyond amazing...

Fun Little Climb.
Climbed it twice in one weekend. The first time on the 17th with my buddy PJ. We went up the south-east slope. The second time on the 18th with my good friend Peter Francev. We went up the Men At Work route. Good views from the top. I felt like I was in the center of the world.

Top Ropes "e" "f"
Put up a couple ropes on the "e" and "f" routes in supertopo. Three kids all got lots of fun climbs in a couple hours. 60M rope barely long enough with long slings on "f".
Had some time to kill so went looking for the alleged 5.11 toprope route that is listed in Supertopo.

quick scramble to stretch the legs on the way home
did this with my climbing buddies Keith and Anthony on the way home from climbing Clark Canyon near Mammoth Lakes. We tried to keep it harder than a simple walk up. The polished granite added some fun obstacles. cool vantage of the TM area from the top. also happened to be real windy up there.
