Prisojnik North Face

From this meadow one has the best view over the broad northern wall of Prisojnik. On the left i9s Goličica with its neighbours. then the dark Devil's couloir (Hudičev žleb) is nicely seen. Just right of it, there's Devil's tower, offering some popular, demanding climbing routes. Just right of it we see the highest summit of Prisojnik, sending towards the right its stron W ridge. On the right of the N wall, the Front Window is clearly seen, and we can follow the line where the Kopiščar route (ferrata) reaches it and finally goes through the window.

They say that only once each year, in February, around 11 am, you can see the sun shining through the window. I forgot on which date that could be, but was hurrying up on this meadow to catch the moment. But I was too late - perhaps a week or so, because the sun was already  too high. February 14th, 2021.
