Re: Brilliant!2 years ago we had major flooding here in Calgary and in the rockies. Many trails and routes on mountains were affected. A lot has till not recovered from the devastation. Many people still have not been able to return to their homes in some communities. It was major event that changes the landscape of the area.

Re: Brilliant!I was travelling across Canadian Rockies to Far North and back in October 2013 (visiting Banff area, O'Hara lake and Berg lake on my way), I think I must heard about the flood then from my cousins, but just couldn't recognise much of those devastations in the landscape as being there for the first time.
