Ramp on East side of Balfour

Ramp on East side of Balfour. Two main routes up this to gain the Balfour high col. We went on the lower side of the ramp and on the left side of the main crevass group toward the big rock outcrop. Beside the major crevass group Then we angled right and around the upper crevasses and then up to the high col in center left of picture. For scale this is ramp is 3-4 km long and you could lose a small apartment building in some of those crevasses. April 29, 2011.
