Climbed it with my brother. The original plan was to get to the top via the Gamma 1 via ferrata. However, we found it quite sketchy compared to other ferratas we had done fx. in the Dolomites, so half-way we decided to skip to the normal hiking path and hiked the rest of the way to the summit. It turned into a long but rewarding day on Resegone :-)

Route Climbed: Fo pass and the ferrata del centenario
We started from the big car parking at the starting point of the cableway of pizzo d’erna.
The cableway was stopped for maintenance work
We took the path number one, and after the path that leads
To Fo Pass, the starting point for Ferrata del Centenario. The Via Ferrata has been completely renovated in 2005, The path is more exposed and challenging of the previous one, but the climb is easy thanks to good equipment.
After we got the higher part of the path n°1 to reach the summit. Very nice day, the view from the summit was great.
I reach this mountain many time. Alone and a lot of my friends.
During all season from north and south side (Bobbio channel and "ferrata del centenario")
I love this mountain !!!

Route Climbed: Northern side from Forcella di Olino Date Climbed: 15-01-2006Nice day, good snow condition and a very well done trace.
Not enough snow for a good ski descent on the terminal slopes.
A beautiful sea clouds visible from the summit that day.
Summit too crowded.
