Dodging the weather
Having done Hole in the Mountain peak on the 10th in good weather, we spent most of the 11th trying to find a spot in Nevada that was somewhat storm free as the weather of the 10th turned ugly that night. Driving half way across Nevada, we found the Reveille Mountain range in a good weather hole and we headed for Reveille Peak. It turned out to be a good choice as despite bad weather all around us, we only had minimal rain to contend with prior to our hike to the summit of this interesting peak.
