ridiculously large bolt and...

ridiculously large bolt and hanger (2" x 4") on the northeast summit of south lookout peak. who is putting these things on the 13neers?? you could belay a volkswagen from this thing. i'm finding more and more of these on obscure peaks - are they really necessary?

How rediculous and destructive.

This trend seems to be becoming more and more evident in remote areas. Its really sad.
