Re: New sign?It looked brand new. I guess the bison farm's legal cousel probably advised them that a highpointer getting trampled by a bison would be a serious liability.

I saw it and ignored itI decided in 2002 that I drove far enough that I would risk being trampled by Bison to get to the top. Mission accomplished.

Re: I saw it and ignored itYeah, that's not one you'd want to have to drive back to. We never saw any bison anyway despite the fact that we had 50+ mile visibility in all directions.

I saw someI saw bison, but they were at a ranch down the hill. Lots of them.

Sign now goneDidn't see the sign when I was there in August 2010. Just as well as the road was too rutted for our low clearance vehicle to make it so we had to walk the mile to the summit from the entrance turning. All bison were miles to the south-west.
