Sasso Beccè from Langkofelscharte
Sasso Beccè, seen from the Langkofelscharte (from the north west), rises above the Passo Pordoi (lower left), behind it the Padònkamm (in shadow), and behind that part of the Civetta. I tried to climb it alone, and with only a helmet as safety equipment, by the obvious culoir in the middle of the mountain, but was turned back by a chock-stone in the steepest part.
