Great mountain page. I didn’t think that central Canada had anything high enough to be climbed. But then again maybe that’s because I have spent my time paddling over in Manitoba east of Lake Winnipeg where the glaciers scraped everything flat. The only climbing we did there was up a fire tower! Looking at some of your pictures reminds me how much I love those Canadian lakes.
Killarney is for me a good send... not that here in Ontario is Manitoba flat but it still is vertically challenged.. its simply one of those idyllic places with lakes and mountains that looks like a little slice of heaven...
I haven't spent much time in Manitoba except in passing but I am a fan of wild places irregardless of relief... you should check out Killarney if you get the chance its one of those indelible places.
