Private PropertyMuch of Mosquito Peak is private property. I wonder if those four wheelers have any business being on those roads! I'm not sure about treasure vault, but with all the ruins in the vicinity, I'd bet some of it is private.

Re: Private PropertyAaron, I don't believe there are any four wheelers in the photo. I believe that is all mining equipment. I hiked right past it all earlier this summer.

Re: Private PropertyHi nader-Yeah. Over on the Decalibron, several hundred 14er baggers obviously feel the same way, even with signs posted at the TH by the FS. Unless property owners continue to speak up, this situation will continue. The owners need to do something or nothing and announce it. Otherwise one day the owners are indeed going to be there, and they'll be pissed and press charges at whoever's caught roaming on their land.
