Re: Impressive!

Thanks! We were lucky that the clouds opened up for just a couple of minutes when we were about to leave the summit.

sometimes..

the complicity of the clouds proves to be essential for a great photo!

Re: sometimes..

This was certainly one of those times, though the view from Otis is spectacular also with good visibility.

Re: Bravissimo...

Grazie! La fortuna ha assistito: le nubi si sono squarciate giusto per il tempo di scattare qualche foto.

Re: Never Been, but

Yes, it's a beautiful place, and the NE ridge of Sharkstooth is a very nice moderate route (5.6). There's plenty of choices in the vicinity for hikes, scrambles, and technical climbs.

Re: Sunshine and clouds ...

Thanks! The clouds broke just long enough for us to snap a few pictures. We were lucky.

Unnamed Incisor

What is the peak to the immediate left? Is that The Sabre (or Saber)? Thanks.

Re: Unnamed Incisor

Yes, it's the Saber. The Petit Grepon is between Sharkstooth and Saber, but it is to low to be seen from Otis.

Desktop?

Great shot Brenta,

Do you have this in a larger size? I'd like to set it as my desktop background!
