Route Climbed: Forest track from Nature Centre Date Climbed: 21 June 2001
After the easy ascent of the Vaalserberg I was keen to get my boots on before the more stiff ascents of Germany and Eastern Europe. After tastey eats in Eupen I waited for the hourly bus to Botrange at the station. The road climbed higher and higher and then past a large tower - it then dawned on me that the road ran past the summit. Two miles down the road I was at the nature centre crowded by school nature parties. Less than twenty minutes I was back at the tower after walking along a forest track. Not an exciting summit but the forest was pleasant - before I knew it I was heading south to Troisvierges and Luxmebourg!

Got Lost, went hereGot seriously misplaced in Belg-land. Ended up in HF wilderness area and it's about as cool of place you are going to find for about 100 miles...
