Sitting at the summit with no wind and enjoying the view was something else!
But yes, it was a bit of work and now makes me feel extremely nerdy. I hope at least the one or other will find it useful.

When taken???

Was this taken recently? Seems like the snow conditions are about right for this year.

Yes, this was taken very recently. This was taken just last week on 6/25, at about 2:30pm.
Still a lot of snow and the difference between nicely consolidated or post-holing could be just a few steps.

I have fixed the label, but does anyone know how to swap out the photo? if I just go in to edit the page and browse for the updated file it does not do it.

I'm not exactly sure what you mean. I think you have to replace the page with a new one. I don't think you can edit a pic without replacing the whole page (votes/responses etc.). You could just put a foot note at the bottom mentioning the correction.
Maybe contact the elves and see if they know more.

I think I figured it out. Loading a new picture does not replace until you go to history and delete the old version.
So, I think it's fixed now. Again thanks for the correction.

Cool. Glad I could help. Another little detail you might want to take into account is White Mountain is actually White Mountain Peak. That distinguishes it from a few White Mountains in the Sierra.
