Skiing Skywalker
Fourth of July road is open and there is still plenty of snow in the area.
The climbing conditions were good with a very solid refreeze the night before. The skiing was variable with the top section being very soft bordering on rotten (I chose wrong aspect for skiing this section), the middle pure hard ice, and the bottom some actual nice corn once through some avalanche debris. This was with ~11am decent.
Overall awesome line and I did make a pretty in depth video that shows conditions and trip in more detial.

Cruisin'
Great snow conditions, only punched through once or twice. Had two technical tools, was grateful for them as we did the exit.

Ok route
Not as exciting as I thought it would be, though the exit was very enjoyable. Followed it up with the traverse and Old Baldy. With Prakash.

Nice but not as awesome as imagined
Even though it was a Sunday in June we had the entire couloir to ourselves! There were a few pebbles zipping down the big runnel already at 7am but it was easy to stay away from. The number of rocks implanted in the snow was sobering.
For some reason this climb didn't seem as spectacular as I'd imagined. A lot of it was lower angle than I'd expected. The steep exit was fun but short. The traverse over to North Arapaho afterwards added a lot to the climb.

Great climb! The force...aka the wind, was definitely with us. Snow was a little soft, otherwise great conditions.

Perfect Climb
Perfect conditions. The top gets soft pretty quick once the sun hits, but leave the car around 6 and you'll be fine. A second tool was nice to have.

Classic
Get on it. Finished with the traverse to North Arapahoe.
Soloed up Skywalker and the Leia finish this morning. 1:20 for the couloir. A few short melted out sections and a mixed step near the very top but still awesome. 4:30 RT with summit candy break and a bunch of pictures of all the awesome wildflowers on the way down.

Skywalker to South Arapaho
My first snow climb on a spectacular day. Took my time and learned from others as I went. Exited to the right near the top, no less difficult just more rocks to sit and rest. The wind gusts actually helped push me up this climb. Awesome views.
