Tricky way back
Started at the northeast side of the mountain. Getting to the top was fairly easy, but I got lost for a bit on my way back. Total car-to-car time was 3 hours, 23 minutes.

Nice hike from the west
Hiked up with my 5 year old son, my good friend and his 7 year old son. We parked wsw of the summit and headed up, creating gentle switchbacks to make it as pleasant as possible. Ran into some bush chinquapin and manzanita near the top, but the hike was otherwise uneventful. Summited from the north which seemed class 2+ with a single class 3 move, then spotted an easier-looking way on the east side on the way down.

First of two
Snow and ice covered the road in, with patchy snow to the summit block, the only snow seen on the four peaks I climbed in the Southern Sierra on this trip.

Easy Walk
Maybe the easiest in the SPS list. Official PCS trip led by me, with Jean, Eddie and Jeff.

Trivial Hike but two other peaks to bag
Did this along with Jackass Peak, and Granite Knob. This is for sure the easiest SPS peak. Some people said Lamont Peak was but thats nonsense.

North Slope
Kind of a last minute decision to tag this on the way home from the Mammoth area. A long detour for such a short hike, but the views are nice and it's a relaxing walk.

Easy
My easiest SPS peak so far – from the north you can drive to within 1 mile and 800’ of the summit. Climbed with brother Jon. We followed the directions on the Summitpost page to Forest Route 21S36 (signs are spotty, best to take a map and GPS), but instead of driving to the end of 21S36 we turned right on 21S36A, then left a few hundred feet later onto a logging road, then left at the fork a couple hundred feet further on. The logging road would be rough for a passenger car, but no problem with 4WD – we drove up to 8,700’. We then followed the north ridge to the summit, staying to the left of a few big blocks. There are two similar-height blocks at the summit; the block to the north has the summit register, inside an ammo can chained to the rock. A bit of easy climbing gets you to the top: Summit block

In the dark
Made the summit right at sunset and was pleasantly surprised by the nice views and summit area compared to how this peak looks from a distance. As it got dark I realized I had forgotten my headlamp, luckily there was a full moon and navigation back wasn't too difficult.

Nice easy peak
Beautiful day approaching from the north side after camping near Hooker Meadow. The north side was still snow covered but we just kick stepped our way up. Picked up Jackass on the way back. We saw 5 bears along the way.

Short, fun hike
Hadn't expected to be able to climb this one, as Sherman Pass Road was still gated shut on Fri evening. After doing Rockhouse/Taylor on Sat and Sirretta Sun morning, I found the gate had been newly opened. Drove up here, with no hint of snow anywhere. This is undoubtedly the easiest peak on the SPS List, but it has some nice views in a pretty area, and there's about 15 feet of contrived, fun scrambling at the summit too.
