Snowpatch Route
Climbed via the Snowpatch Route from Appleby Camp. Awesome! Soloed to Wiessner Overhang, led traverse out, simuled slabs to pear in 1 go, led p1 of 3 on headwall.

SW Corner
A fun and historic route. Get up early to avoid the crowds. Some route-finding issues on the headwall and "old school" 5.6 make this a more committing outing than the grade would indicate. Raps can be done with a single 60M cord off bolted anchors to the west of the summit.
simul climbed a big majority of it. Hand traverse was kind of fun in a water fall. lol

Fun climb
Via the Snowpatch Route with Robert and Mark. We did a fair bit of simul-climbing. We did simul-raps on the way down. Then we did an alternate descent back to the hut instead of the usual Pigeon Col. Really fun!
Not the most breathtaking position, but a great climb all the same. We topped out with a full on electrical storm bearing down. Needless to say the we made a hasty retreat.
Upper pitches are nice cracks in a stellar position. The view from the summit couldn't be better. What a summit! By the way, making 60m raps will not get you down the Kraus-Mcarthey any faster. We had to reclimb a pitch to get a rope unstuck...
