South Face of Shkhara (5068m)

Shkhara, on the Russian-Georgian border, is the fouth highest mountain in the Caucasus range. There are five marked peaks on the massif with the second from the right being the highest. This photo was taken from the Georgian side a short walk north from the village of Ushguli.

Cool shot

one of the best of Shkhara I have seen. Shows all main pillars well.
But 6th highest..huhm. 4th at least, no?

But 10/10 anyways cause it is nice and the informational value is high.

Cheers!
Peter (who desperately hopes to make it back to Georgia this summer)
