South Route Overview

This photo from the south ridge of point 7,820 shows the route from Burnt Knob (upper right). The intermittent trail starts above the saddle to the left of Burnt Knob, then follows the ridge to the where the trees about end at left center. From this area to the summit is all cross country, but its pretty easy. July 2009
