climbed after doing SW couloir, Middle Teton. Long day.

NW couloir
Did this after the Middle. There was not much snow to cross and other than the steep snowfield this is pretty much a walkup this late in the year. Quite a bit easier than the Middle Teton. Right now there is a trench through the snow but if that was not present, I would definitely want an ice axe

South Teton
Started at Lupine Meadows TH and hiked it in conjunction with the Middle Teton - the day after doing the Grand also from the TH. Looks a little steep from the bottom but it's just normal scrambling. ~14,000' elevation gain in two days.
Lots of snow made this a fun time, excellent views, wish I had time to do middle as well but thats for another trip.

Another Big Boy
All the Teton Cathedral Peaks are just massive and there is no "lessor" peak...even if this one is not as high as the others...it is still quite the peak.
My favorite way that I summited the South was from Avalanche Canyon. Up from Snowdrift Lake and then back out Garnet Canyon. It was a long day and I had lots of miles in the dark. The ridge up from Avalanche is a long way, 3,000 feet after the long hike to the lake, lots of fun.

Amazing view
Climbed the South Teton right after the Middle Teton. I thought the South was much easier than the Middle. The views to the south and west were simply astounding--the highlight of my trip.

Northwest Coulier
My wife got spooked about 500 yds. from the summit and so she stopped climbing. I continued on solo. I then climbed the Middle Teton right after.
I've had two great days climbing the South Teton - NW Couloir and the Cloudveil-S.T. Traverse. Both climbs were great fun!

From camp at Meadows, climbed as aclimatization hike day before Grand summit. Great views, straight forward route.

Solo climb from Garnet Canyon/Lupine Meadows. Great peak for a day hike; avoided snow the entire way. Had a VERY close encounter with a black bear munching on huckleberries 10 min into the hike. He couldn't have cared less about my presence; those huckleberries are damn good!

Middle and South Tetons
Great climb up the Middle and South Tetons and back in time for dinner.
Set up camp in the South Fork, then climbed the Middle and South Tetons together the next day (standard routes on both). Early morning thunder and lightning both days, but it cleared up quickly. Great mountains and views of the rest of the range.

Fun snow climb from the saddle. An easy climb and well worth it for the views. Highly recommended!

Solo, tagged the South and the Middle on the same day. Might as well huh? Once you're back in that far, you may as well get both.

South Ridge
From Snowdrift Lake, a traverse up the south side, over to Middle T, and descent via the rotten W side of South Teton.
I traversed from Middle to South. There were definite ashes in the cracks on top of South. Any news about someone's ashes being spread up there? It's not exactly a place there would've been a fire.
