South to Edgar
View S from near Mitchell summit, showing division between Paleozoic carbonate rocks (gray, Mitchell side) and Jurassic igneous rocks. Identified peaks are (L to R) Edgar, Providence, Decaying Molar, and Granite. The reddish color of Edgar is partly from blood spatters left by other hikers.
