Your Welcome Brian. For me the Trappist monks of Belgium brew some of the best beers in the world, Orval being the holly grail. I just try to capture the quality and essence of these age old brews.

Thanks. My wife is from Germany and appreciates beers from that region. Appears there is an Orval importer up near Seattle. (www.orval.be) Will have to check that out. Thanks!
