Southwest Butte From the Southwest

The west side of Southwest Butte is the high point at upper right center. This photo was taken from the Squaw benchmark between Race Creek and Squaw Creek on the west side of the lower Salmon River. Whisky Point is at left center. The high rounded mountain to the left of Southwest Butte is John Day Mountain. July 2007
