Class 3
Alone for this outing on a mountain I’d never visited (and with no beta), I climbed the North Ridge to a spot in the clouds which allowed no views of what lay above. I down-climbed into the cirque (below the northeast face) and crossed to the East Ridge which I used to reach the summit. I descended by the Southwest Ridge.
A good day in spite of the low early-morning clouds.
** This route requires Class 3 climbing to reach the ridge-crest, then Class 2 the rest of the way to the summit.
