Easy side trip
After Warren Peak, we were on return to Pepperdine CG and took the opportunity to summit this easy WSC peak, its all cross country but the scrub was avoidable and the summit blocks are easy class 2 rocks. We went up the SW ridge and down the NW ridge to rejoin the trail further down, the descent was mostly through open forest which worked great.

slight detourWent up the NW Ridge and down the SW Ridge, on a day hike en route to Warren Peak. Nice views!

Great viewsClimbed Squaw Peak in July of '08. Awesome views despite the fires.
