Incredible views of Garfield
A short trail and an easy summit. Not long enough to really provide a good conditioner, but the uphill muscles will really be engaged in certain sections. Poles will definitely be helpful for the descent. Trail is also very muddy and slippery in places. Best view I've ever seen of Garfield, which is a monster!

Choirboy
A good short hike. Approximately 2 hours round trip. It had very nice views, but we searched for the register and could not find it.

Good peak for a poor weather day
If short on time and/or if better options are not available, this is a decent choice. I would never waste my time with this peak during Summer, but it is a decent offseason peak with little technical aspects.
As Gimpilator noted, we were the first people since 2008 to sign the Fay Pullen summit register. That either means most people do not visit the true highest point, or just do not find/see the register. Or they could be like me, and not sign every register they find. The original SP page creator for this peak submitted a photo showing the "summit" atop a cliff, but that is not true; the true highest point is near there and definitive.

Nice little hike
Found the Fay Pullen register in the moss at the base of a tree. We were the first to sign it since 2008.

Re-opened
I tried to do this hike back in June but the Pratt River trail was closed for blasting. It has re-opened so I decided this would be a good trail after almost 2 months without hiking. It got my heart pumping on the way up and legs shaking on the way down. Just what I needed.
The trail is fairly easy to follow until you get to the top. I was expecting some nice clifftop views to the East looking at Garfield. Their is only one section that I was able to get an un-obscured view and it wasn't even on the summit. All Summit views look West. Little disappointed but all in all it was a good day.
