First attempt with Matt and Patrick ended with me failing to summit, so I went back up alone later that spring and we (Skipper the black Lab) made it!

Sugar Creek
Hiked up Sugar Creek Mountain before driving back home from Idaho. The creek was running high from spring runoff. The mountain was mostly dry but there was still a lot of snow above 8,000 feet.

Fun Hike
It was nice to be back in Preston and get out to the mountains. I was not expecting this little peak to be so much fun but it was very interesting and had a few surprises!
