BTW, the cable trough (covered with steel plating) that crosses the road from the towers to the Operations Building carried raw radar signal from the Search Radar (on the Box)to the Q-47 computer that digitized them (encoded them as computer data) for transmittion to St. Luke AFB in Arizona. The Operations Building also housed the airmen who operated the height finder radars.
