Re: Great picKula Kangri is 7538m and Karjiang is 7221m. The latter is still unclimbed, even if some serious attempts have been made.

Re: Great picHi Corax,
thanks for the information.
I see you have currently access to the www, so I would be very grateful if you could
post about your experiences last week. I guess you have also been expelled from Tibet ... if so, keep your chin up ...
Cheers
Reinhard

Re: Great picI wasn't expelled until a week ago. The mountains were safe from PSB, but when I arrived in civilization, to a normally open city, I let my guard down for a second. Big mistake. They got me and kicked me out. Will go back. Can't give up a good plan.
Later on, when not in such a precarious situation I'll add a lot of info about many climbs from this period.

Splendid view...The central Himalaya stretch out in the background? What a remarkable Range of peaks. Nope, I don't have the funds to fly there right now! I'm still enjoying the desert, and waiting for my wife to come back from the Philippines. You take care!!!

Re: If I could only imagine...Thanks for the comment.
It's really something special to be up there on those high Himalayan peaks and look at the rest of the world far below.
