Trip Report CommentWe ascended one last slope of loose and solid rock and reached the summit of Grand Traverse Pk at 1pm.
Was some of the slope loose and some of the slope solid?

Trip Report CommentYes, mixed together. While there was plenty of loose rock, there were also good holds and some solid rock to step on. A helmet would not be a bad idea for the route.
