Only "summits" attained were the cols below Jebel Harim and above Khor Najd, but the fjords and wadis were also thrilling. This range has a beauty unlike any other I've encountered. However, due to housing development financed by Omani gas and the UAE's explosive growth in general, it is changing **fast** and the sooner you visit, the better. No telling what the future political situations will be in Oman or the UAE, either.
