The Knoll

As seen from the Dead Horse Point visitor center, "The Knoll" is obvious. Positioned just after the turn off for Dead Horse Point, it is an easy way to stretch your legs and claim the easiest of Utah's prominence peaks. A ten minute hike gets you to the top for nice views and a chance to check out the benchmarks placed there by the USGS. Obvious parking on the north side of the road. Slight telephoto utilized. 5-3-09
