The Needles section of the Organ Mountains from the Mesilla Valley northwest of Las Cruces, New Mexico. To the far right is Organ Needle (elev. 8,990 ft.), whose prominence of 3,730 feet places it seventh on the New Mexico list of prominence peaks. Photo taken 11/17/07.
