The only way to get there...

..is along this railroad service road. It took us 45 minutes to go the 24-5 miles from where we got onto the service road to where you cross the tracks again onto the Newfoundland range road. The roads in the Newfoundland range would be best avoided during wet spells as they turn to a slimey slick mud and you could get stuck out there. During our going and coming on the railroad service road, we had three trains pass us. Be prepared if they come up behind you, you could be really surprised since you are almost right next to the tracks. This view is looking east.
