The Precipice Trail climbs the east face of Champlain Mountain via several ledges with the aid of iron ladders drilled into the cliff face. Lot's of fun exposure with little chance of danger. Taken September, 2004.

Great shot!

Thanks for adding your photo to my new album. I've wanted to hike the Precipice Trail for long time, but everytime I've been there it has been closed due to peregrine nesting.
