Um, how do you get there? Which trailhead is the best (are there multiple ones?)? Also, as a glacial valley, wouldn't Glacier Gorge be U-shaped? Sweet-looking formation.

Your Desinated campsites #2 link is broken. Is the 3rd class route the standard descent? Is that the best way to get off from the technical routes (esp. would that bring you back to close to where you started?)? How does one contact RMNP to get a bivy permit?
