The Summit Above
For most of the north ridge route, the summit is not visible, but at some point it comes into view as seen here on the right above the white gully. Don't be tempted to traverse scree ledges over towards loose gullies. It's better to follow the crest of the ridge where the rock is solid. July 6, 2013.
