The western slope of Valsavarenche viewed from the summit of Gran Paradiso. July 2004. According to Livioz's comment it's a ridge between Vallone di Seiva and Piano del Nivolet. In the center is Gran Collet pass (2832), Monte Giansana (3047 m) on the left and Cima Roley (2996 m) on the right.

It's the ridge...

separating Vallone di Seiva from Piano del Nivolet.

In particular one can see Gran Collet pass (2832 m), between Monte Giansana (3047 m) on the left and Cima dell'Arolley (2996 m) on the right.
