This photo shows the trailhead at Two Medicine. You can follow it over the small footbridge and then make an immediate left at the trail junction to follow it along Two Medicine Lake. (August 2005) Also, per saintgrizzly, that's Sinopah Mountain, dead center, and Painted Tepee, left of the trees.
